ARRG! Hand Over Yer Booty!

For all of those who did not know 

yesterday was national "talk like a pirate" day. 

(who comes up with these crazy national holidays?) 

So in honor of such a day 

Krispy Kreme was giving away a free doughnut if you came up to them and spoke like a pirate. 

However, 

if you dressed like a pirate, 

they would give you a whole dozen glazed doughnuts! 

WHAT?! 

Yes. 

Super awesome. 

So what do I do with that information?

Well, 

two of my brothers and I dressed up as pirates and got a dozen each. 

So there we were.

 Three dozen doughnuts, 

and we just couldn't help ourselves...

WE NEEDED MORE! 

So since we happen to be going in the direction of another Krispy Kreme doughnut shop, 

and we happen to be already dressed as pirates, 

we "looted" another Krispy Kreme for another three dozen! 

So there we were. 

Six dozen doughnuts in the car. 

Now what are three people going to do with six dozen doughnuts you ask?

Well, 

have a lovely doughnut eating competition of course!  

No that's a total lie. 

That's absolutely disgusting. 

We would never do that.

Instead we gave two dozen away to some friends of ours

because we were going boating with them right afterwards.

Then we gave another two dozen to my brother and his wife. 

A dozen magically disappeared when I woke up this morning, 

and now we have about ten doughnuts left at the house. 

So many doughnuts... 

I need to go running.
